In the first Wilcher HYIP scam case, Marasco vs. Wilcher & Life Foundation Trust, it appears that the $500k interpleader than she paid last year has finally been released to the plaintiffs. Earlier the status of this case was that she paid the $500k, and there remained the issue of how to divide it amongst the plaintiffs and whether additional monies for attorney fees etc. might be recovered from Wilcher. I'm not sure, but it looks like at least the disbursement of the interpleader has been resolved. A big legal loss for Wilcher's first HYIP scam case, it appears, is nearing its end. It appears that now that the interpleader has been paid to the plaintiffs, the case against three parties (Wilcher, LFT, and Bill Wallace) has been resolved.
