Hi Harry,

MSDW has done this early release on many strong companies. Usually quiet period ends 30 days after IPO. Lockups usually end after 180 days after IPO. Only exception I have seen at the time of filing for this policy is JNPR (from memory...120 days after IPO).

I am waiting for an early release of SCMR with its earnings release. BTW, MSDW led lockup release PR's for strong companies behave very differently than other underwriter offerings... The date of PR marks the low for the stock and usually it is priced at a new high. I don't know how they do it... but they are damn good. (egs, AGIL, HOMS, VIGN etc).

Will AVNX ever see 100 ? I am wishing it would :) BTW, what do you think of ORTL at these price levels ?

Thanks,

Suresh
