Robert, the reason that I believe that any flash memory management software (please don't repeat the mistake of calling it an OS) I might write would not be patentable is that the techniques that EDIG touts are all in current practice and are obvious on their face (and so, not patentable). There really isn't much that is patentable. Oh, yes, I'm sure that you could make some claims for very specific features, but they would likely be of little practical consequence be of dubious value. No, I don't think that it would infringe on current patents.

While I haven't seen EDIG's patents, I doubt they are very far-reaching. There is 10 years of practice in the industry behind them.

While this stock may, indeed see higher levels, it will be because of the gullibility of the public and the still-increasing stock market bubble which is likely to inflate stocks like this to even more unrealistic levels, and nothing to do with products.

BTW, I suggest that everyone read up on the South Sea Bubble of the early 18'th century. Toward the end, stocks were being floated with no more substance than a statement that an "enterprise of great advantage" was being launched...
