Thanks Peter I've done some further research, even if we evaluate the company at 170.00 per subscriber, then with the current dilution of additional shares, the break up value of the company is far less than 3.80 per share, depending on how many shares under option are actually bought from treasury. The 170.00 per subscriber is very suspect, I noticed in the 10Q filed by AQUIS, they have been buying companies in the paging business, and paying far less than 170.00 per subscriber. This is really starting to stink when you consider earnings are expected out in mid Feb. Cheers Peter: Jim
