Keep waiting,(I've read all available patents). and in the meantime, consider this.. re your suggestion that a multiple codec implementation would be easy..you bet, it would, indeed. IF you want to waste power and overhead, and more time, and more money, trying to do it another way. S. PS..as Partytime suggested, you are wasting your genius here..go visit the company, offer your services, ask your questions, and perhaps you will come away with either a better understanding, or a better job.
