Toys R Us (TOY) & (e-toys) have great web sites & $2.5 bill market caps,

Toys r us doesn't have a backoffice, this was discussed here earlier (maybe you weren't here) - the two technological offerings etoys and toy are NOT equal - etoys is ahead pretty dramatically.

ETYS reflects sentiment of the future. TOY reflects respect for the past. The question is what is your sentiment? If you are swayed purely, or mostly, by fundamental numbers (which inherently reflect the past)you'll probably never take a position in a young growth company. What is not so obvious from the ETYS financials is the premium for being the first, best and fastest growing etailer in a huge market. The question is will ETYS fulfill future expectations? Nobody truly knows. I hold shares at 23 3/4 and 14 3/4 and I'm sitting tight. I believe that if ETYS executes, as they have been executing, the stock will see 30 in the next 2 months (barring serious tech/NAZ pullback), and 50-60 year end. From a risk perspective I feel comfortable because the stock has pulled so far back and appears to have bottomed. I guess it could go to 9 or 10 (although I don't see how)....but the upside potential seems to warrant the risk. IMHO.
