I doubt that you read all of them since you last posted that you had not read them...YOU are bluffing. YOU have not read them.
I implied no such thing. Great at twisting words, aren't you.
Any good at investing?
I am.
Buzz off.
I am secure in my investment, in fact, I added more on Friday.
For a non-invested doubter, you certainly spend a lot of time here.

Jon...multiple codecs is simply the icing on the cake.

the key to what "we" (and I do own enough to say "we", lol)...is the reference design which utilizes Lucents PAC with our embedded software...hence EPAC).

For OEMS's that are concerned about what will be the standard....these players have been designed to play without transcoding...EPAC and other codecs, including MP3....for the consumers who have a library of music.

These versions that say they play "secure" music...utilize a transcoding software (Nomad, for example)..

The bottom line...on all this....is the consumer will decide...and I vote that the consumers...(overall) will happily embrace secure music (and the prices for it will be significantly lower than what they are paying for cds..plus they will be able to do a track by track purchase)...secondly....I envision....where people will hop onto the Internet....click the music they want to listen to that day...and get it for free (but with advertising between the tracks)...smile....download while they eat breakfast...or drive to work...lol....(we will have INternet access in our cars...very soon..)

BTW: when was the last time YOU copied a cassette? Frankly...copying of music has been with us...since the beginning...and people.."buy" far more than they copy...or they are willing to listen to advertising to get it for free...that has been proven.

smile...Mary
