Savant- J Tara has been a negative ill informed buffoon for years where it concerns Woody and the companies he founded - I don't know if Woody fired him years ago or what but it's pathetic of Tara to continue on this way - IMO - SDR

OT: I saw a commercial last night that mentioned a JABRA product as a high quality accessory to the product being advertised. Didn't EDIG sell all of its stock in JABRA? JABRA also does its own advertisements on the internet on pages were voice chat is offered. Falk mentioned that EDIG is considering some acquisitons in one of his recent internet interviews. What kind of products do you think a company would have to offer to make EDIG interested? If EDIG does make an acquisition, would EDIG need to swap stock? If EDIG plans to swap stock, would the acquisition appeal more to the acquired company if EDIG made the acquistion prior to the round of press releases (that could seen the price up significantly)? If so, should EDIG make an acquisition before June 2000? As an investor would you prefer EDIG to make an acquisition via a stock swap or a debt financing?
