Looks like we're sitting right at the 10 and 20 day Moving Average. Kind of disappointing that we didn't fare better at the end of last week with the NAZ running so hard, but considering the large move we had earlier in the week, I guess that was to be expected. Any thoughts as to what happens next? Do we break the MA to the downside, or should the analyst meeting next Thursday keep us stable here for a while?

Any thoughts are welcome!

Kaiser

The guy practices out of an executive suite-type arrangement, and does CONSTRUCTION
DEFECT, for heaven's sake! He must be a buddy of someone who got laid off, and he is
undoubtedly the 12th attorney they went to for this case, with all prior attorneys turning down the
opportunity to sue Qualcomm for laying off "at will" employees as part of a restructuring.

One question remains: did this loser get a real firm to co-counsel with him? Has anyone seen the
names of the attorneys on the complaint, so we know whether there is someone a little more
formidable than Mr. Bleiler involved? If so, please provide the names. We wouldn't want this to be
too easy.

Imagine, some nimrod from a little plumbiing defect office decides to get attention by slapping the
word "billion" on his worthless complaint, and it actually may effect people's decision. If there is a
drop on Monday due to this news, remember to buy more. What a joke!
