Hal, the fundamental data you are referring to comes from MarketGuide, so I don't have an exact answer for you. From the information on their site, the following definitions apply:

Insider Ownership Percent (%)
This is the percent of common stock held by all the officers and directors of the company plus beneficial owners who own more than 5 percent of the subject company's stock as disclosed in the most recent proxy statement.

Institutional % Shares Outstanding Owned
This is the percent of common stock held by all the reporting institutions as a group. It is calculated as total shares owned by institutions divided by total shares outstanding multiplied by 100


This insinuates that these figures are updated on a quarterly basis.

Looking at the numbers themselves, it appears the Insiders Owned is not correct on our end. On MarketGuide's site they indicate 12%, we show ~61%. I will look into why this occurred, and see if we can correct it.
