The first internal study is not "the exact same study" as the second independent study. The results of the independent clinical study were material information, so they had to release the results. They didn't release all the details of the study because Dr. Hirt (or someone other than Gum Tech/Gel Tech) intends to submit the manuscript for publication. Do you think that they might have tried to suppress the PR so they didn't hurt their chances of it being published, i.e., avoid what happened with AJIC?
