Hi Howard

I made sure when I bought the hub to ask the guy at the store if it was full duplex and he told me that the hub had nothing to do with duplexing and it was the nic card that do the job. So what you're saying is the guy could be wrong ?...

As for the setting I have try them all from 10 to 100 to 100 full duplex. I guess you're right about auto detect I don't really I have a use for it since it would be to detect a 10 base T NIC card trying to connect to my system.

None of the computer work when they are connect to the hub. They only work when they are connected with a cross over cable wihtout the hub, that way I can only have 2 puter connected at the time and it's not really what I want.
