mr.mark,

I have given up trying to use the free ISP's while I have AOL 5.0 on my pc. I am told it would be a real tough job uninstalling AOL so that's not an option. I was pleased to see that a class action suit has been filed against AOL for blocking other ISP's and I hope some help comes from this area. Thanks again for your help on this and past issues!

Mark,
The situation has not cleared up.
So far today I have been on the phone with AOL for 1 hour, they blamed the problem on Microsoft. 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Microsoft and we still cannot solve it. I am now on hold with EarthLink, their recording says "please hold, a support agent will be with you in 25 minutes.

AOL is the biggest mistake in the world.
