Charles - <I KNOW that test runs taped out of Arizona in Q4 were limited to Cu on the top layers. The idea was supposed to have been risk mitigation.

I have posted about this a while back and I don't remembering you questioning this at that time. So, either you didn't catch it before (would be surprising given you tend to jump on process issues right away) or something has changed and you are pulling a PB. Which one is it?>

This is utter nonsense. I don't remember you posting it, but it has nothing to do with reality. Arizona is not the development site for P860. I have no idea what you are talking about. How do test runs "tape out"? AZ., and Copper...THESE WERE ASSEMBLY TEST RUNS Charles. They only have two mask layers of interconnects by design, the top 2, plus the C4 processing. They are used as monitors and development vehicles for the assembly process. They have nothing to do with full stack Cu development. Aluminum processes have the same thing. That is the only thing I can figure you are talking about, because P860 is Cu on the full stack, and development is proceding as such. This is the stuff I get frustrated with Charles. Little tid bids that have a ring of truth, but making conclusions based on these tidbits paints a false picture.

<With all the clues that you have and they don't, my sources have called the CuMine ramp and 800MHz better than you did! I will stick with the, thank you. I probably just need an update.>

Charles, re the 800 launch, you are misrepresenting me. Whatever. And I can't fight your inside leakers FUD or agenda.
