Still, this sort of conflict of interest between research journals and the shareholders only arises because the product is being commercialized while research on it is still underway. Not exactly the usual state of affairs. Not exactly the usual company. Actually the low profile release represents no conflict of interest with the research journals. The "research still underway" to which you allude will continue for years as they study cold prophylaxis, allergy efficacy etc....However, plenty of evidence now exists to make specific claims.
