Dear JC: I apolagize. I was in a bad mood anyhow and I guess you hit a raw nerve. You know, I hardly EVER talk about anything there as I was very disappointed in the support our fine troops received and the resultant breakdown in moral, drugs and all. All in all it was a bitch. And thats all I have to say anymore. You think thats bad, you ought to go to the Philippines. During WW2 the Filipino's were horribly mistreated by the Japanese occupation forces, now they damn near own all the good property there. My wifes father was a Colonel in the Philippine Scouts and I used to listen to so many stories from him. To be honest, I dont see how the Filipino people can accept today, I guess like they say, money talks. JDN
