Conolog Corp. Puts 2Q Net At 4c A Share

SOMERVILLE, N.J. -- Conolog Corp. (CNLG) expects to earn 4 cents a share
in the second
quarter ending Monday.

In a press release Monday, the company said it expects revenue to be $1.6
million for the quarter,
$2.4 million for the six months and, with its backlog, $5 million for the year
ending July 31.

Conolog, which makes electronic products and assemblies, reported a loss of
$510,338, or 12 cents
a share, on revenue of $589,328 in the second quarter last year.

For the six months ended Jan. 31, 1999, the loss was $229,831, or 5 cents a
share, on revenue of
$908,677. For the year ended July 31, 1999, the company lost $1 million, or 24
cents a share, on
revenue of $2.56 million.

Conolog Corp., which makes electronics and offers consulting and staffing
services, (CNLG) is listed
on the Nasdaq SmallCap market.
