I can bet you any amount of money you can afford to loose that the K7 FPU was designed by the Sunnyvale team.

Scumbria, its that automatic......K7: Austin, K8: Sunnyvale?

That AMD would hand over the development of a chip to engineers whose last chip was less than great? And expect them to come up with a chip more successful than the Athlon?!!

If you are right than AMD/Sanders does have a death wish.
