"From IMDS Investor Relations:

On Saturday I sent an e-mail to Deb O'Brien at IMDS investor relations asking about the FDA process, triels, and where they stand. Deb wrote back first thing this morning - very very professional and that makes me feel great about the management of IMDS. This is what I received back from her today:

"The company has recently entered into the second clinical site. Two hospitals are currently conducting the FDA clinical trials.

The company is required to submit approximately 500 case studies, interpretation criteria and the Pre-Market Approval Application for the FDA approval protocol. Once the company completes the clinical trials it will then submit all the necessary information to the FDA for their review. At which time the FDA has approximately 180 days to come to a decision regarding the United States marketing clearance for domestic sales.

The company has received two purchase orders from the Canadian distributor to be placed in hospitals outside of the US. It is expected that the shipment of these orders will commencee within the first quarter of the year."

That was the responce from Ms. O'Brien at IMDS

Read between the lines. This technology is being looked at by many nations. FDA approval will be necessary here in the US, and clinical studies are in their final stages. The results of the studies, although not complete, are excellent and are getting the attention of other nations. Don't you think the Canada has visited the two hospitals currently conducting the studies in the U.S.? Yes, risks are invoved with IMDS. But the upside is tremendus. Am I betting everything? No way! But I did double my position today and will accumulate more if and when the time is right.

The shares I have now are being held tightly, and with more confidence thanks to the responce from Ms. O'Brien today.

Best of luck to all longs."

Wow I'm having a flashback. Must of been the brown acid at WoodStock.
