Tony, If you call them tomorrow they'll give you the info without your check. At least they did for me. They had a problem on the site with the screen name and password. They'll give you one which you can change. They were most helpful. Girard

James, you are right. It is a gift from CMGI, one that no other company has ever offered the small investor. Yes, I am grateful, as we all should be. I also must admit that I don't always read all the instructions. But that is not the case this time. It just doesn't work as advertised. I'm not complaining, I'm just looking for a solution. Would really like to hear about other peoples experiences with Wit before I decide to make it my single point trading account. Especially since I can't get in to see the screens . But your point is well taken. We should not be too quick to complain especially when someone is trying to help us. Tony
