Previous high $10 back in '97, selling for $.75 now. $14.3 million total assets ($4 mil. cash), total liab. $1.8 mil., total equity $12.5 mil. Shares outstanding about 10 million.

They have recently appealed their delisting on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market and will have an oral hearing soon. They are beginning to phase out their South Carolina video poker machines as the state has rendered them unlawful after 7/1/00 so there could be add'l writeoffs to reflect that situation although they took a large charge in Q4 of approx. $2 million to reduce the value of the machines accordingly.

Turnaround is probably at least 1 year away but if you like insider buying, the new president has been buying a few shares on the open market recently:

biz.yahoo.com

Just a few. ;)

Talltrader, very interesting pick on foodvision.com I normally don't even look at BB stocks but this one has my interest. I was knocked over by their "web content", for a start up.
They seem very focused on growing their business and not pumping their stock. I like that.

Seem to have good search engine representation.

Would like to see more about how they derive revenue from their partners ie. netgrocer

Will keep an eye on this one.
thanks, Anthony
