The point is that instead of developing huge debt, like everyone else, they are making partners of the players. The sales reps, the software developers etc. They are part of management's restricted 9 million share base.

Partners are apt to work harder as part of the growing GNI company & as Jim has stated, it tends to keep them more loyal.

The young start ups seem to have no fear of debt, Jim & his team are older & have a different sense of debt altogether.

As of now, new shareholders have to like the fact that GNI is carrying no debt at all. In fact to make things flow even more smoothly, management has committed itself by reducing any salaries by 50% in 2000.

Should be an interesting day tomorrow & going forward!

Mike

Just confirmed next interview with Jim Mason (GNNU) later this week we'll have their
software guy, a major New York ad agency exec & Jim in a 4 way conversation about
the software & how the outside agency see's it shaping up versus the other B2B players in this sector.

Should be a real eye opener ..
