I have seen stock go up when they came out of lockup. I was short phcm when it came out of lockup - big mistake. But the reason given for it going up was there the stock was not liquid enough to allow the funds to get in. This is not the case here - there are already 25 million out. Also there is a lot more shares coming free on pcln then I have seen on for a while. The other issue is who holds the shares that are coming free? A lot of pcln's shares are held by VC's. They will not wait very long to dump them.
