I think the change in float is more of a secret then you think. The normal lockup would have been months ago. It was delayed because of terms in the secondary 6 months ago. There are several ipo lockup sites that have missed it. It also has not hit the press anywhere yet. You are right if the stock does not drop this week it will get a boost. On the other hand if is does start to drop, CNBC will list the lockup as the reason. Then it is look out below. I am not short this stock, but I did buy a few puts.
