Elmer Re <<Yes Stevie, and if anyone wants to look at (or buy) the HP 800MHz CuMine systems they can find them at outlets all over the country as reported by many posters from coast to coast.>>

In San Diego, that is no longer true.

Nothing over 550 MHz, from any OEM from Intel at Fry's and Best Buy! No kidding.

I just got back from there. At Fry's I asked about the HP 800 MHz Coppermine, he said he doesn't know of any imminent shipment. He said the sales force are told at least about a week before if such shipment where coming in.

Sorry!

Mani

Elmer,

let's see,

HP has P3-800s but DELL doesn't.

If DELL could make a processor for *ntel, they might have a chance, huh?

Got to keep HP happy! Willy McKinley on the way............
