Dear Brent: You are dreaming again!! (gg). We will NOT in my opinion have any involvement in the IPO. The underwriters would never stand for that and they control the deal. Thats just the way it is!! I do happen to agree with you that it would be a nice thing if it were as you propose, and in fact, believe that they could very likely sell the entire offering to existing shareholders thus ELIMINATING entirely the underwriters and their excessive fees. But, in reality, it just doesnt work that way. JDN
