I don't know about that ristriction from the state. Should you care to check out their website, it clearly states the fees of 7,000.00 H/FT Popupation of Hungary is is 10,000,000 =/-. Most people do not have telephone and the ones that do have, service is extremely expensive. They will not make money for many years to come. Not big enough market etc. The company is a avcum to suck money out of American investors pocket. It does not mean that the stock can't go higher on occasion. As an investment, this is not a good one.
