Terry,

I don't know about the balance between USPIX and URPIX. Probably the larger amount should be in the weaker index. (SPX) Make sense to you? <<<<

In our first 5 trades we did not exceed 25%, but now I am considering to increase it to over 50%. I believe that most of the aggressive mutual funds are invested over 75% and some in the 90% range.

As for going stronger with the weaker index I agree, so if I do decide to add to my current downside positions it will be in the URPIX not the USPIX(which already has about 37% of our capital.
