"shareholders are partners in the company whether the company likes it or not.;-)" well spoken Ron..There is a book that was given to me by Tom entitled THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE CHANGING THE WORKING PLACE written by economist/scholar Joseph Petzinger. The hypothesis of this very readable book is that if A CEO places FIDUCUARY TRUST as his paradigm, then the company foundation is rock solid.
