am getting a bit unnerved with so many individuals seeing what I am seeing--even if some of them are P. Q. Wall, Peter Eliades, etc.

I'll second that. I always do my market analysis before I read the threads, just to make sure that there are no subtle influences. I was really struck this weekend by the widespread bearishness. Perhaps it's a pervasive bearish attitude at the top that will be the trigger for a major move down.

I thought that things were getting shakey on Thursday towards the close, which is when I exited all long positions. I didn't think there was any strength in Friday and I saw the pull back from below 4300 as a failed move up.

Ninety minutes isn't enough; the markets have been generally trading the entire morning with uncertainty. I've been looking at the strength/weaknesses of the closes as better predictors.

If nothing else, the markets are always interesting.

[Edit] S&P Futures Premiums are down 1000 on mrci...I guess it's a typo. <s>
