Cubix Investments Inc - Cubix to acquire 750,000 Zconnexx units Cubix Investments Inc QBX Shares issued 35,163,741 2000-02-08 close $1.37 Wednesday Feb 9 2000 Mr. John Hislop reports Cubix Investments has agreed to acquire 750,000 units of Zconnexx Corp., at $2.00 per unit. Zconnexx is a private company that provides Web hosting facilities, Internet access and entry-level Web site design for small to medium-sized businesses. Zconnexx has previously announced a proposed merger with Capital Charter Corp., a Canadian Venture Exchange VCP. One of the directors of the company is also a director of Capital.
