Hi fuddle,

Have you noticed Northern Orion (T.NNO) lately? With the share price now at C$.60 and at least 74 million shares outstanding, that would give them a valuation of at least C$44 million. Here are the latest financials for NNO:

Miramar owned around 55% of NNO in the past, but, it seems that Miramar is likely to become a much greater shareholder:

Given NNO's financial state and the amount of money owed Miramar, I'm a little puzzled by NNO's valuation . . .
