I have evaluated MTS but do not claim to b a COM/DCOM expert and if you have something to say on the subject why can't you do it without invective. DTC was part of my discussion of MTS as DTC is the distributed transaction service of MTS. Also, re: "and to say that there is no transaction model" Now where did I say that? I referred in my post to distributed transaction services which are very important to proper component development and stated that I believed EJB's services were modeled after Corba's contrary to your assertion that they had ripped it off from MSFT. Not sure where you are going with contrasting transaction model to my references of distributed transaction services. And about "In the interest of retroactively giving you the benefit of the doubt that you have since squandered, I apologize if you mistook my question about your bias as any sort of accusation".
