SB, this is your answer to the post where i predicted a giant speculative blow-off rally? correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that exactly what has since happened? as for the other part, namely that it will end badly, it certainly will. however, i don't pretend to know when that will be. as for market posture, being in cash at this point may or may not be a good idea...i prefer to hold long and short positions at the same time for an overall 'market neutral' position. i see lots of internal divergences in the market which i don't like, otoh there are quite a few bullish individual stock charts...and since money continues to rotate, it makes sense to remain active in the market. note that i am fully hedged both ways...
