Quincy, when you have time I have some questions re your post #61.

e-Qcom will be using Simac, purchased by QCOM last November, to roll out fleet management services this Spring.
Omnitracks is now using a European provider...do you have a resource I could use to find more about Omnitracks?

and

The QCOM / Vodafone demonstration was to what end? To show GSM-MAP can link to a CDMA handset in a properly converted base station (originally GSM?) with modifications to the 2G CDMA handset?
