Does Irwin's 'slump' next quarter account for a planned product re-orientation?

Just one correction. The "slump" is in the current quarter. If manufacturers are going to 1x, they'll need shipment in quantity next quarter in order to meet delivery demands in the second half.

Isn't QCOM fabless? If so they don't have to modify their production capacity; perhaps the parties they contract with can tap additional resources during any switch overs.
