Interesting article. I wonder if this is a "let's give Listwin some press and visablility" so that a successor CEO transition will be painless.

Cisco Systems Raised to 'Strong Buy' at Wit SoundView

(CSCO US) was raised to ''strong buy'' from ''buy'' by analyst Truc Do at Wit
SoundView. The long-term price target was raised to $160 from $120.
