Frank in the case of wireless the small display areas and the usage of it will not be like that of DSL. I doubt very much if someone is going to want to spend time watching video from a cellular or in your vehicle the purpose is is different. I could be reading you wrong and as you could be speaking of satellite delivery to pc there i all should have the same ability. Maybe the solution for cable is to double and triple hang the stuff of bury it in quads. At least you can allocate to users less congested cable.
