I want to know where CORL got $2.44 Billion for the press release? .747 INPR per CORL doesn't sound like $2.4B to me.

Mark Haines and the Squawk Box crew just down played this merger badly. They said it's not a 2.+ B deal but rather a 1.+ B deal. Joe kearnan said; "They can't get away with that around here" meaning trying to sell it as a bigger deal than actually is.

I'm hoping will hear better news? But it doesn't seem to be a great share holding value deal yet!
