Levy,

I'll take a stab at NDB.

1) Only 17 million shares outstanding, with a very small float.

2) No long term debt, and net working capital of close to $9 per share, mostly in cash, and a book value close to $14 per share.

3) made .25c per share last quarter (versus expectations of 9 cents), but would have made $1.25+/share excluding advertising and taxes.

4) Total accounts just passed 200,000, nice steady growth year over year. It's worth about $500 million if valued on a similar basis as Etrade. This component of NDB alone makes the stock worth $30 per share.

5) They have a market making subsidiary called Sherwood Securities that alone is worth about $750 million if valued on a similar basis as NITE. It's the 5th largest market making firm in the country. This component of NDB alone makes the stock worth $40 per share... Forget the online brokerage component and nearly $10 per share in cash!!

6) The pitchfork says $50+ per share on this one in the coming days/weeks.

Enjoy the ride!!

Regards,

David
