I was not too enthusiastic about the Belgrade bombing but I understood the logic of making life difficult for the Serbs by bombing bridges, power stations and communications and generally making normal life as miserable as possible while keeping the loss of life to a minimum (a questionable premise at best). And I did support the timing and bombing of Iraq after the Bush incident (no question there). But in both incidents and others we not they did it. Regards, Don
