If he is not on top of it, he will act accordingly will be on top of it soon enough. So I look at the bond market and buy on weakness. Tomorrow it might be weaker. You do the best you can. Remember, if you get an equity market tank, then the bonds may well rally in your face. That is the risk of sitting on you hands.
