Curtis, As a function of revenue, if ORTL does in the area of 80-100 million this year, the multiple is reasonable for the sector. I was watching CNBC this morning when a discussion on VTSS came up. The specific statement that caught my ear was that VTSS' shipments for OC192 components was cranking up to LU. Also, from the website that I included, "About a fourth of the company's sales come from telecom equipment suppliers General Instrument (now part of Motorola) and ANTEC." Brian
