frank, this is done all the time and within regulatory guidelines. go do some homework - at LEAST go back and read this thread. if the contract is NOT real, the company and officers would suffer criminal and civil liability. if you believe that, stay on the sidelines or short. we'll eventually see it in their revenues, if not hear it from them if/when their customer permits. and there are very likely more CLEC contracts being considered currently.

I am not sure what Nasdaq requirements are, but it is not unusual for a company not to name it's customer for competitive reasons. It maybe also that the CLEC has asked NHC not to disclose it's name.

NHC has been in business for over 13 yrs. As far as I know, it has always acted in an ethical manner.

I wonder where you got your understanding from on "SEC would have locked them out". Please explain.
