ObjectStore is the product I have been using, and it is very expensive for developers (roughly 10 times the costs of a relational DBMS). I believe the other products are priced more reasonably for developers, with the pricing model tilted more toward runtime licenses. Still they are not cheap compared with other software development products. All these products are totally useless unless software developers build applications with them. These applications can have many advantages to the end-user (advantages that are hard to create with other products), but as I say, someone has to build the applications first.
