CLTK-It's up 270% since I started pounding the table on this one before Christmas. A very strong buy signal was indicated when I mentioned it and it hasn't looked past since. It's indicated numerous buy signals since, but it's the first strong ones at low prices that produce the biggest money makers and always signal that one should establish a core position.

(OT)DougRobinson: I hear you Douglas. But what about experienced traders with not a lot of capital who want to trade. Why should the exchange discriminate against them simply because they don't have $25,000 to trade with? They and the on-line firms will sure take their commissions no matter how often or how foolishly they trade, be it cash or margin. I agree with all else you say...but the question of being able to sell short hasn't been answered. There are times, and there'll come a time again, when the short side is the safest, most prudent and profitable side to be on. And I'm not talking about day trading. I'd wager that more than 30% of all NYSE and NASDAQ stocks are down from 20-40% in the past 12 months. This proposed rule excludes the trader who can't ante up $25,000 the opportunity to go short. It's darn un-American is what it is. (Lee)
