I dont want to sound like a broken record, and I am sure your team is working to correct the problems with the real time, but my trader account is constantly losing its connection. I have cable access, the ISP is fine, but the applet is constantly losing its connection and not refreshing when a new ticker symbol is added.

Do you have any mirror sites that the applet can be accessed from?

For $10/month this is an excellent service, now all you need to do is get the bugs out!

hello; am noticing that the data in my quote sheet is still "updating" at 4.25 pm, except for the Last which remains at the "close".

Does anyone know if this is something new? I haven't changed my version, 3.1 build 2, but I don't recall this previously. (The data was erratic just before the close.) Also doesn't seem to exactly match Island, so is it perhaps the broader market? Am certainly not going to switch servers <g> BTW how do you tell what server you're on? Thank you.
