Doug,

Many have confused ARMHY with ARM. ARM is a troubled financial stock I bvelieve.

From www.arm.com:

"ARM" is used to represent ARM Holdings plc (LSE: ARM and NASDAQ: ARMHY); its operating company ARM Limited; and the regional subsidiaries ARM, INC.; ARM KK; ARM Korea Ltd.

Doug: Going what John just said, the "Y" in ARMHY shows that the security is a NASDAQ traded ADR. The company ARM Holdings (with "ARM" correctly is caps) trades as ARM on the London (and European) Exchanges and ARMHY on the NASDAQ. Each ADR equals 3 ARM shares.

When people talk about ARM Holdings, whether here or at other stock discussion sites, even those of us who actually hold the ADRs (ARMHY) normally just say, "ARM."

BTW, there is no company in the States that trades on under the symbols, "ARM."

Hope this helps.

Lynn
