DMA, yes, they are all afraid of the lawyers it appears. Tort Reform could get a lot of votes for whoever wants to push it because the public is sick of what the lawyers are doing to our society! In the end we all pay for those high judgements. And people are beginning to realize it. But those running seem to be afraid of the power the lawyers have and the press sure isn't going to attack their buddies in the Party. Forbes is the only one that will sort of take them on, and even he is not playing it up. I couldn't vote for him because of his far right stand on abortion and right to die, which as a Libertarian I do not think the government should be dictating policy. Those areas are the individual's to deal with in my book.
