i didn't here anything about interbase. It's basically all hype about how they feel it's a good deal for both companies. There are no collars on the stock prices because it's a merger of equals. question will there be an reorg on new Linux company. they have combined over 2,000 developers so no specific Linux divisions yet but they will work in out as they go along. question on cost savings. too early to drive down the numbers ats this point. hired a private company McKinzy to do the evaluations etc. they will keep public informed down the road.
